Narrative
Two brothers started this food truck. The bones of the menu comes from our parents. Kebabs from every family gathering, the raitas and chutneys that accompanied everything growing up. We experimented from there—tweaked ingredients, added new ones, and iterated on them until they felt interesting.

Sheesh caters corporate events, private parties, and team meals across Austin. Pakistani-Indian fusion that's bold enough to remember, easy enough to book. We handle setup, service, and cleanup—you just tell us where to show up. Groups of 20 to 200.
